CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

PiYo: Low impact flow workout incorporating elements of pilates and yoga to tone, strengthen and add flexibility.

Bollywood Cardio: 10 minute warm up and stretch followed by 40 minutes of cardio with options for low and high impact. Final 5 minutes of class are focused on  stretching.

 

Dance 101: Core strengthening, balance, and extensions through isolations, rhythmic exercises, and floor stretches. Drills to learn traveling steps, turns, and coordination. Age 12 +

Bellydance: 5 minute warm up followed by 50 minutes of slow and quick movement drills that are put into a simple combination that is repeated and practiced throughout the session. Final 5 minutes is focused on stretching.
