Mariana has been a group fitness instructor since 2013 and has taught dance, cardio, yoga and strength training at several gyms throughout the Seattle-Bellevue area.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Les Mills Tone and Body Flow instructor, Mariana brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes.  She tailors every class to the participant's needs and is focused on helping her students achieve their goals.

She helps her clients achieve their goals in a fun and engaging manner, while also understanding that we often have to juggle those needs with other obligations. She's a popular instructor known for her fun and easy going demeanor.

During this period of COVID-19 all her in person group classes are on hiatus. However, she is available for online instruction and 1 on 1 private lessons.

Bellydance Instruction

Mariana provides beginner to advance bellydance instruction. Having travelled and studied abroad in Egypt, Morocco, Israel and Spain, Mariana brings a global perspective to teaching bellydance. She teaches history and cultural context, how to identify the different rhythms for 

bellydance, and how to execute the 

movements.

Dance Instruction

Mariana teaches adults the basics of contemporary dance.  She starts by showing you how to find the rhythm and introducing basic ballet and jazz steps and putting them together to get you dancing in your first session.

Personal Training

Mariana's passion is to help people achieve their fitness goals.  As a Professional Project Manager by profession, planning and achieving goals has been her career's focus for the past 15 years.  Now she's taking those skills and applying them to help her clients.  Whether we're working on making you stronger for dance, sports or for life in general, we follow NASM's proven approach at achieving your goals.

Flexibility Training

Mariana has been a lifelong yoga practitioner and in 2011 sought her yoga certification. She loves getting people to loosen up and improve their range of motion balanced with strength. Together we work on a plan that is right for you.
