Targeted strength exercises to improve technique
Focusing on all the things we never have time for in a regular bellydance class. Like stronger legs for better turns and more stable level changes or endurance for our arms when working with props like wings or veils. Focus of the class will vary on the needs of those who sign up.
Taking our time to mobilize and stretch
Flexibility doesn't happen over night, it's requires patience and consistency. We set aside time to work on those areas that need that extra TLC in order to expand in our movements.

We love to dance, but finding time to build a solid foundation to dance on is hard. Let's motivate each other, connect and improve together!
