How many lessons do I need?

There is no one answer that is perfect for everyone. There are few questions that you should ask yourself that will help us determine how often we should meet.


What are your goals?

Are you goals simply to learn a few moves for a party or special event or is it to pick up a new hobby? Do you want to learn choreography? Are you looking for physical changes? Or are you wanting a low impact form of exercise that is just for fun?

How quickly do you want to see progress?

The more you practice the easier it will be for your body to remember the moves. Frequency and consistentcy play a huge roll on how soon you will start to feel confident in learning something new.
